Susan has spent her career working alongside company founders. She has partnered with them to build the company infrastructure -- creating and implementing policy and procedure, overseeing the back-office operations, and ensuring the successful integration of the back-office with the core operations -- all while increasing the profitability of the firm. In her role as Chief Operating Officer, in addition to leading teams and the back-office operations, she helped position companies for a sale transaction - overseeing and implementing the due diligence process and successfully integrating the firm into the new company’s operations.
She is passionate about helping founders achieve their goals and does this seamlessly by offering financial and business management advice as well as hands-on assistance to provide them with the critical knowledge that they need to lead the firm -- and sleep at night!

She was referenced in Her Place at the Table, by Deborah Kolb, which details advice for women from women about how to navigate success in leadership roles.
